Welcome to the BlackAmericanContractors.net Affiliate Program! These Terms and Conditions are designed to make our partnership transparent and mutually beneficial. Please read this agreement in full before applying. By joining our affiliate program, you confirm that you understand and agree to all terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility Requirements

We welcome applications from both registered businesses and individuals operating as independent contractors. To participate, you must have the legal authority to enter into this agreement without requiring the approval of any third party.

2. Affiliate Approval Process

All applications go through a manual review to ensure alignment with our brand and mission. You will receive an email notification within 5 business days of your application.

During the application process, we require accurate details about:

• Your identity or business entity

• Your website(s) or platforms you’ll use to promote us

We may decline applications from:

• Websites that promote violence, hate, illegal activity, adult content, or trademark violations

• Domains using variations or misspellings of “BlackAmericanContractors”

• Sites that copy our design or mislead users into thinking they represent us

• Resellers or those who do not align with our mission and values

We reserve the right to reject any application without explanation.

3. Commission Structure & Payments

• Standard Commission: 50% of the first payment from any new subscriber you refer

• Recurring Payments: Commissions apply to the first payment only (not renewals)

• Cookie Duration: 30 days

• Attribution: Credit goes to the first affiliate link clicked during the 30-day window

Payout Conditions:

• Minimum payout threshold: $100 USD

• Payments are made monthly, between the 15th and last day of the month

• You must email us an invoice between the 1st and 14th of the month to receive payment

• All commissions are approved only after the 30-day refund period has passed

Example: If your balance is $150 by March 31st, send us an invoice between April 1–14. Payment will be made between April 15–30.

You may choose to accumulate earnings up to 3 months before invoicing.

Note: You are solely responsible for tax compliance in your jurisdiction of residence.

We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days’ notice.

4. Approved Promotion Methods

You’re encouraged to promote your affiliate link through the following ethical strategies:

• Direct referrals to friends, family, or followers

• Blog posts or video reviews about BlackAmericanContractors.net

• Social media content (if allowed by platform rules)

• Email marketing to your existing subscriber list (must include an unsubscribe option)

• Mentions in podcasts, videos, or webinars

5. Prohibited Activities

We do not tolerate any promotional behavior that:

• Involves spam or unsolicited messaging of any kind

• Misrepresents our brand, offers false claims, or uses fake testimonials

• Shares affiliate links on discount or coupon code websites

• Violates platform-specific rules or our community values

We reserve the right to remove affiliates engaging in these actions without notice.

If in doubt about a promotion method, contact us first.

6. Termination of Agreement

This agreement may be terminated at any time by either party via email.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately if we believe our terms have been violated. In such cases, pending commissions associated with the violation may be withheld.

7. Legal Disclaimers

By joining the program, you acknowledge that:

• You are operating as an independent contractor, not an employee

• You cannot make offers or commitments on behalf of BlackAmericanContractors.net

• This is not a legally binding employment or agency relationship

• You release BlackAmericanContractors.net from liability related to your participation

We may update these terms at any time. You will be notified via email at least 30 days before any major changes.

You may opt out of the affiliate program at any time by emailing us.
